Spa Packages include these amenities If you already posses Individual Locker and desire other services not included in your Spa-Style Treatment, please consult the Front Desk (Dial "0" from any house phone) or return amenities (bath robs and slippers) to Guest service Staff and your Locker Key to the front desk before proceeding to any other than Spa-Style Treatment Spa Services or you will be charged $2.50 for every 5 minutes extra time of using the individual locker and amenities($30 per hour) Appointment Cancellations Policies The Raya Skin Care Spa has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy with no exceptions. This is a standard policy Raya Skin Care Spa has created as a courtesy to our other clients and spa staff who work strictly on commissions and can not afford income losses. All first time clients, any appointment which include amenities, and any appointment for over $100.00 have to be secured by credit card. Should you need to cancel your appointment in less than 24 hour, please call and we will make every effort to fill your slot. If you have a previous history of “no shows” on booked appointments in our computerized system , or you cancel you appointment in less than 4 hour prior the appointment time you will be charged 50% price of cancelled or "no shows" appointment at your next visit to the Spa or by secured credit card.
