We will gladly accept exchanges or returns within 14 days of the purchase date for Raya products purchased at rayaspa.com. Please note that product must be ¾ full and in original packaging to be accepted for a refund or exchange.
Gift Baskets must be in original unopened condition to be returned or exchanged. To ensure a timely refund, please return the item immediately upon deciding the product is not right for you. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. It takes up to 14 business days to process the return and receive a refund. In addition, please be aware that your financial institution will likely take an additional 5-7 business days to reflect this transaction.
